Mode and gear instructions:
Freezing mode
Gears 2-3: Ice cream

Refrigeration mode
Deep freeze (Gears 1-2): Bulk meat
Strong refrigeration (Gears 3-5): Fish, shrimp
Quick freeze (Gears 0-1): Fruits & vegetables
Gears 5-6: Foods to be frozen

Note: “Quick freezing will speed up the refrigeration of the freezer, which may cause the external temperature of the freezer to rise and the compressor to run with increased noise. It is recommended to adjust to gears 3-5 after using for 2-3 hours.”
